Year 4 Language Art: The Jungle Book

Language Art: The Jungle Book
Synopsis:
This story is about a little boy, Mowgli and his relationship with the animal the jungle. He is adopted and brought up by two wolves, father wolf and mother wolf. Shere Kan, the tiger raws to kill Mowgli so mother wolf needs to protect hin.At the Council Rock, Akela asks for support from other animals. Bagheera, the panther and Baloo, the bear agree. All the animals in the jungle loved Mowgli's new parents teach him the ways of the jungle.
He develops a strong bond with the animals. Soon, he grows up into a strong young man, Shere Khan wants to kill Mowgli. So, he goes to a village to learn the people's language and escape from Shere Khan. Shere Khan follows but is unfortunately killed by Mowgli. Mowgli goes back to the jungle because the villagers think he is bad. He is very glad to be in the jungle and lives there for the rest his life.
